Michael Hill was selected to serve as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of the Revitalizing Auto Communities Environmental Response (“RACER”) Trust, created by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to clean up and prepare for redevelopment the 89 plants and other industrial properties left behind in the GM bankruptcy. The Trust is the largest environmental trust in U.S. history.
